Opioid Treatment Clinic
Opioid Treatment Clinic (OTC) provides Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for adults diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). OTC services consist of individual and group counseling and client choice of one of three FDA approved narcotic treatment medications: Methadone, Buprenorphine, and Extended-Release Injectable Naltrexone (Vivitrol) for the treatment of OUD. All medication regimens are medically initiated and supervised. The OTC currently provides a maintenance program for individuals needing long-term care and a short-term ambulatory detoxification program.
OTC Program Includes
- Physical and Medical Examination
- Dispensing/Administering of FDA-Approved medication
- Urine Toxicology Analysis
- Education and testing for Tuberculosis, HIV, Hepatitis B & C, and STD’s
- Individual and group substance use education and life skills training
- Individual and group substance use counseling
- Advocacy Services
- Referral and Follow-up services
Cost
Financial screening will determine your eligibility for financial coverage. State-funded treatment programs may be available to you free-of-charge. Medicaid, private insurance and self-pay also accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be 18 years or older
- Texas resident
- Mentally and physically able to participate in treatment
- Must meet clinical eligibility criteria of Opioid Use Disorder

- Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities {CARF}
- Licensed by the State Opioid Treatment Authority (SOTA)
- Certification by Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA)
- Registered with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
