CARE
CARE is a youth prevention selective program that serves youth that are determined to be at risk for substance use or other behavioral health related issues. Address health and wellness for youth, families, and communities by enhancing protective factors while reducing risk factors through promising, emerging, and/or evidence-based education and skills training. Enhance community awareness and mobilization around behavioral health.
CARE
- Provide Curriculum Based Support Groups
- Prevention Presentation in the following prevention priorities: underage alcohol use; underage tobacco and nicotine products; marijuana and other cannabinoid use; prescription drug misuse and the use and misuse of other drugs and substances.
- Alternatives activities to promote a drug free lifestyle
- Referrals to access additional education or intensive services
